Real Estate Newbies Are You Ready to be Self-Employed?

I know I’m a bit overwhelmed, how about you? It’s rather different to be self-employed. The word “SELF” says it. It depends on you. You are depending on yourself to make the money that will pay the rent/mortgage, cable, internet, phone, food, light, gas, get your hair done, your family’s haircare, buy clothes, entertainment, insurance, etc. And Everything you can think of that you have to handle to meet your current standard of living. How does that make you feel? I know it is overwhelming for me. I always had a decent job to go to. I made ok money. My money blueprint max was set at $30,000. That’s the most I’ve ever made in salary. I’ve temped for $20/hour in NY but that was temporary. Now I know I have to learn to change and raise my money blueprint to not ever have to worry about being self-employed, an entrepreneur, venture partner/broker, real estate agent/investor or anything else I choose to do to help others while I help myself.

If you want to find out your money and success blueprint, check out http://www.peakpotentialstraining.com.  T. Harv Eker has an excellent program that has helped thousands to change their money and success blueprint.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t ever want to have to worry or be in fear about this again.

Until next time,

Real Estate Newbies You May Have Started Backwards

I think I might have but as I’m writing this a thought flashed into my head that may be not. My original thinking was that maybe I should have started with T. Harv Eker’s Secrets of the Millionaire Mind to change my money and success blueprint from the beginning but maybe that wasn’t the way it was supposed to be for me. Everyone’s journey is different and maybe someone else’s journey will begin that way but my journey is exactly the way it is supposed to be. With me right here right now coming to this wonderful conclusion. Everything is the way it is supposed to be. I had a life lesson to learn and I’m learning it. We’re never actually finished learning, we just get a better understanding of it.  Well, that’s it for me. Just wanted to share those words today. Until next time,

Real Estate Newbies Are You Ready For More Money?

I know I am. But I couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t attracting more money into my life. That was until I read T. Harv Eker’s, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, which I discovered about myself when I read his book. I am not managing my present money that I’m getting correctly so I’m not going to get any new money in greater abundance coming into my life until I prove that I can handle what I’ve already got. I didn’t get that until I read the sentence that said, “if all you have is $1.00 then manage that dollar well.” That was aha moment for me. Now, even though I don’t have much, I will change my habits and start with my first ever money rule – Pay myself first. The first time I saw that was from Robert Kiyosaki’s You Can Choose to Be Rich” Program, which stressed learning new money habits. I didn’t pay it any attention but I am now because I realize that my situation won’t change until I change. That comes from T. Harv Eker’s book that states that “My income will grow as I grow.” So there that’s what I’m going to do. What are you going to do? While you’re deciding, check out the review of the book that I wrote:

Real Estate Newbies Did You Check Your Relationship to Money?

I thought this would be a good time to revisit the last blog post and speak about what I learned so far. I’ve been really thinking about my money situation and what I could do to change it for the better. After reading T. Harv Eker’s book, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, I thought this would be a good time to think about some money rules – my money rules. I first heard about this concept from Loral Langemeier. Others may have mentioned it but I remember her specifically speaking about money rules. So far my first money rule is to pay myself first no matter how much money I have.  For money information about Loral and her money rules check out http://www.liveoutloud.com. I started with thirty cents – that’s right – 30 cents. I took three small envelopes labeled savings, investment and charity and put one dime in each and I will grow from there. T. Harv said in his book if all you have is one dollar then manage that $1.00 well so that you show the universe you are ready for more. I don’t know about you guys but I am so ready for more but I have to show the universe that I can handle what I have no matter how little it may be.

What about you? Manage your dollar well.

I’ll keep you posted.

Real Estate Newbies What Is Your Relationship to Money?

Wow! It’s 1/11/11 – 2010 is over and we are on the road to the new year 2011. What is your relationship with money and how has it affected your current financial situation? For myself, for a while I’ve had T. Harv Eker’s book, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, but I didn’t finish reading it. Now, lately I’ve been driving myself crazy trying to figure out here recently why my ability to earn money seems to be going out backwards. Why am I making less and less money instead of the opposite result. Well, I realized that although I’ve read all of these books and am open to the universe and thinking positive thoughts and all of this other stuff, I still haven’t dealt with my own money issues. Well, now is certainly the time because nothing in my situation will change until I deal with my money issues. At the end of the day, all of the other stuff means absolutely nothing until I figure out my relationship to money and how it relates to the results that I am currently experiencing now. I must admit I’ve been afraid to read the book because then I will have no more excuses as to why my situation is still the same. So now I’m going through the process in order to get where I want to go so there will be no more excuses.

I’m getting a better understanding that if I don’t handle my money issues now, I won’t be able to experience the results I’m truly looking for. What about you? What is your relationship to money?

As usual, I’ll keep you posted.
