Real Estate Newbies Do You Know Your True Potential?

I don’t think most of us have a clue. I know I didn’t for a long time until yesterday. Yesterday was my 28th (with 22 years experience) 🙂 birthday and I do believe a milestone in my life. Not just because of my age but because of what I learned about myself. I finally learned about my true potential. At the suggestion of Kadena Tate Simon who I hope to call my mentor, I bought the book Strengthsfinder 2.0 and took the assessment to determine my top 5.  Honestly, I didn’t think it would be so accurate but I was blown away with the level of accuracy that this assessment uncovered about myself.  Just to be clear, the purpose of Strengths finder is not to “anoint you with strengths – it simply helps you find the areas where you have the greatest potential to develop strengths.” This was the best way for me to spend my birthday. It represented a rejuvenation, a new birth thus birthday in my life if you will to finally gain some clarity where there was confusion, etc. and a knowing that can never be taken away only added to. I would recommend, suggest, scream to the top of my lungs that EVERYONE – man, woman and child (they have the same for children 5-14) take this assessment. Could you imagine what life would have really been like if you had that advantage at 5 or 15 to know your greatest potential no wondering, no guessing and what that would do for your quality of life and the lives of those around you. By the way my top 5 are Intellection, Input, Positivity, Learner and Adaptability. I call it IIPLA. You’ll understand when you take yours.
